Early 2024, a small US-based startup contacted Shanghai Senturui with a big dream and a small budget. They wanted to launch a line of magnetic charging cables and adapter kits for smartphones and tablets, but their total order quantity was only 3,000 units — far below the MOQ of most large trading companies.

Many suppliers ignored them. Senturui saw an opportunity.

Instead of forcing the startup into a standard production mold, Senturui proposed a shared container solution — combining their small order with another client's shipment to reduce freight costs. They also helped the startup select off-the-shelf components (instead of fully custom parts) to lower tooling expenses, while still offering custom color options and logo printing.

To ensure quality, Senturui arranged a mid-production video inspection — live-streamed via WhatsApp — so the startup could see their products being assembled and tested in real time.

The first batch arrived in Los Angeles in May 2024. The startup sold out within six weeks and placed a second order — this time for 15,000 units.

"We believe every business deserves a chance to grow. Small orders today can become big partnerships tomorrow."
— Sales Director, Shanghai Senturui
